Cranial Sacral Therapy

The cranial-sacral system consists of the membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth to the sacrum, or tailbone. This vital mechanism can both influence and be influenced by all the systems of the body.
Imbalances, which may be involved in any manner of dis-ease can be addressed with gentle holding of the cranial bones and connective tissues. The dynamics that occur during a cranial session are born of communication through touch, with intuition, with reverence and with respect.
